At Simply Crosses & Memorials, every care is taken to ensure that all of our products are made to exacting standards.
Shipping
We offer free UK dispatch via Royal Mail and ParcelForce within 7 working days. If you have any urgent requirements
please email us prior to purchase, for earliest dispatch date. Customers in the Channel Islands and outside the UK, email prior to purchase for shipping costs and availability.
Cancellations/Returns within 14 days of receipt
Items damaged in transit will be replaced and dispatched within 4 working days of email notification. Please note: photos of damage are required. If your order is not manufactured to your instructions, a full refund or replacement item can be sent.
Change of Mind
You can return non-personalised items, at your own cost, for a full refund.
If you wish to return of personalised items, you will be liable for the cost of return postage, and we will refund 75% of the original item price.
If you need to return goods, please email us beforehand, including your order number, telling us that you are returning the goods and the reason why.
Cancellation prior to dispatch on personalised items
We reserve the right to implement a £10 administration and design charge for orders cancelled by customer at any time prior to dispatch.
Failed delivery
All orders marked as either ‘Free delivery’ or ‘Charged for’ delivery refer to an order being sent to a given address once only.
We reserve the right to request any subsequent delivery costs from the customer if the item is returned to us due to failed delivery.
Consumer Rights
None of the above terms and conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
Important pre-sale information
Permissions
There are many regulations regarding the placement and size of memorials. These vary by local authority, and by church and cemetery. Please check with your local authority and/or church or cemetery to ensure that your memorial meets these requirements prior to ordering. Any fees relating to the erection of memorials are not included in our prices.
Wood is a natural material
The images in our gallery are only intended as a guide to your finished product. While we select only the best materials to build our memorials, wood colour and grain may vary. We cannot accept liability for any damage or fading that may occur due to extreme weather conditions, or by your failing to maintain your memorial in accordance with our instructions.
Placing your memorial
Fitting instructions are provided with each purchase. Please ensure that you follow these as closely as possible when placing your memorial.
